IGAM Audit Analyst

ResponsibilitiesThe IGAM Audity Analyst will be responsible for the following related to IGAM operations:Facilitating reauthorization campaignsCoordinating enrollments of new users for new Community Health clinicsFacilitating growth role-based accessImplementing Enterprise IAM solutions based on requirements while ensuring adherence to information security standards, custom development standards, and corporate policyProviding end-user training on standard operating proceduresAudit operations will include the following:Performing routine provisioning audits to ensure least amount of accessTracing request and approval paths for user provisioning requests, validating adherence to established policy and procedureConduting quality control review, update, and coordination for the delivery of requested documents from auditorsAssisting in the development, monitoring, and implementation of a Plan of Action for any relevant issues and findingsDeveloping the required audit guides, processes, and checklists that allow for a streamlined planning and execution of audit activitiesDeveloping an effective process for following up, tracking, and reporting on the status of action items that result from audit findingsProviding reporting on reauthorizations and provisioning auditsPreparting clear, well-written, and concise reports that describe audit findings, associated risks, and audit recommendationsTracking and reporting on remediation progress for corrective action plansDeveloping reports outlining industry best practices and proposing solutionsDeveloping standard operating procedures (SOP) to improve audit resultsProject Coordination duties will include:Estimating project time requirements, addressing gaps, and participating in feasibility assessmentsCoordinating project resources to facilitate deliverablesQualifications?? Basic knowledge of Identity and Access Management best practices.?? Detail oriented with emphasis on data analysis.?? Knowledge of systems and functions, including implementation, user support and training.?? Excellent written and verbal communication skills.?? Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office products including using Excel to analyze data.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
