Occupational Therapist I

ResponsibilitiesProvide age appropriate assessment and interventions in order to meet the needs of patients and families served within the specific time period. Select and administer evaluation instruments related to patient age and level of development. Coordinate occupational therapy patient treatment plan with team members. Identify patient's strengths and problem areas based upon evaluation findings. Develop plan of care that is measurable and attainable. Document evaluation findings and treatment plan in patient chart within specified day per written policies. Communicate evaluation findings to interdisciplinary treatment team. Establish good working relationships with members of the department and the clinical care team and work cooperatively with others to achieve common goals. Plan and supervise clinical experiences for different levels of occupational therapy students when licensed for one year. Assess and document student performance at specified intervals.

Qualifications? Graduation from an accredited school of Occupational Therapy.
? Preferred Level II Fieldwork in an inpatient psychiatric setting.
? Initial and continuing certification with NBCOT
? Licensure with CBOT



Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
