Clinical Research Management System Analyst

Job Description:
Responsibilities Under the direction of the Financial Administrative Office (FAO), Faculty Director, Medical Director, Research Director, Senior Project Manager of the JCCC CRU, TRIO-US and the TRIO-US Chief Financial Officer (CFO), the Clinical Research Management System (CRMS) Administrative Analyst is required to do database management, with regards to research trials and patient information, build/maintain research study calendars and budgets, as well as ensure the integrity of data being collected and entered into the clinical research management system (CRMS).
The position will be responsible for creating and maintaining CRMS study calendars and budgets.
In addition, the incumbent will monitor, verify and validate the integrity of various data elements into the CRMS.
Qualifications Working knowledge and experience in OnCore and/or related CRMS.
Working knowledge of clinical trials policies, regulations, and requirements.
Demonstrated previous experience in working with large data sets (including filtering, sorting, tracking for patterns/abnormalities).
Proficiency in building complex study calendar budgets.
Working knowledge and experience in financial budget development.
Previous experience in developing training materials, conducting training sessions for new users and providing user support.
Demonstrated organizational skills in CRMS calendar management and maintenance for multiple clinical trials and projects.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize workload to meet demands of research study teams.
Knowledge of clinical research preferably clinical oncology.
Ability to interpret research protocols as it pertains to development of study calendars and the budgetary process.
Ability to use judgment when dealing with confidential information.
Skill in working as part of a team.
Interpersonal skills to communicate diplomatically and effectively with all levels of faculty, management and staff.
Skill in performing a variety of tasks independently with minimal supervision in a timely matter under conditions of fluctuating workloads, competing requirements, and changing deadlines and priorities.
Organized and detail-oriented with impeccable follow-through.
Proficiency in Windows, MS Office applications in particular Excel and Word.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
