Disability Management Consultant

As our Disability Management Consultant, you will coordinate all activities of our Disability Management Services program, with a special focus on occupational and non-occupational injuries and disabilities.
In this dynamic role, you'll use your expert knowledge of ADAAA, FEHA, FMLA, CFRA, CAPDLL and Labor Code 132a to provide direction for our compliance with state and federal law.
You'll also develop ongoing programs and facilitate the Interactive Process.

SELECTED DUTIES: Assessing essential job functions and reviewing requests for accommodations Identifying and implementing process improvements Ensuring smooth delivery of all disability management services Qualifications JOB QUALIFICATIONS Undergraduate degree preferred Three years or more as disability management consultant within a large organization Excellent communication skills Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Recent experience using appropriate counseling techniques, facilitating the Interactive Process, and performing Reasonable Accommodation assessments Knowledge of insurance and medical terminology to evaluate medical reports and recommend appropriate placement opportunities

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
