Case Manager - Operation Mend

Job Description:
Responsibilities Operation Mend provides specialty care to wounded warriors who sustained injuries post 9-11.
The program includes specialty surgical care, intensive treatment for Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder and mild-Traumatic Brain Injury.
Operation Mend covers all medical expenses along with travel and lodging for participating patients and their family members.
As the Case Manager within Operation Mend, you can utilize your exceptional care and dedication to improving the lives of those who have served.
You'll work under the direction of the Director of Psychological Health Programs, management of Operation Mend Program Manager, working in collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team to engage, educate, communicate, and coordinate care for Surgical and Intensive Treatment Program participants.

Qualifications LCSW or LMFT License required.
Experience in the area of military, family, trauma, and/or prevention.
Experience working with families from diverse backgrounds.
Flexible hours some evenings and weekends.
Bilingual preferred

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
