Responsibilities:
Direct administrative support for the firm's four partners that include: consistently manage and
coordinate business calendars (detailed input of all scheduled conference calls, meetings and business travel);
arrange and coordinate extensive domestic travel, with some foreign travel; direct assistance with answering
the phones as needed (serving as a gatekeeper for the partners); word processing legal documents;
reviewing, researching and approving vendor invoices; draft and process monthly expense
reimbursement reports; and create and maintaining files. Perform special projects as needed.

Office Manager
Responsibilities:
Serve as Office Manager for the firm with responsibilities that include: daily management and
organization/oversight of the mail room and kitchen (includes keeping the kitchen orderly and
emptying the dishwasher); monitor office/kitchen supply inventory and manage timely ordering
of required supplies (for both office and kitchen); greet guest/deliveries to the office; check and
distribute the mail on a daily basis; serve as a main point of contact for vendors; IT
trouble shooting and liaison to IT service providers; and confirm that the conference room is
consistently well maintained and orderly before and after meetings.

Hours: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday

Qualifications
Minimum of three years of experience as an office manager/assistant
Highly organized with ability to prioritize multiple tasks
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Highly experienced in Microsoft Office
Salesforce experience preferredEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
