The person hired will be a self starter, able to handle multiple projects, flexible, and great attention to details.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Complete oversight of multiple residences (7+) Hiring, Training, Supervision and Release of support staff and household staff Special Event coordination (Family outings, vacations, celebrations, etc.
) Vendor Management Administrative - Compilation and maintenance of household manuals, inventory, staff records, etc.
Oversight of Payroll Functions Job Requirements Minimum Bachelors Degree A minimum of five years recent experience managing a minimum of 5 properties (no rental properties) Verifiable References Ability to travel in and out of the country freely Reliable transportation and clean DMV Successful track record of the coordination and management of staff Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills Excellent Computer and Smart Home Technology Skills Fast Thinker and ability to handle Spontaneous Requests Ability to Delegate appropriately and handle individual responsibilities as well as be a team player Job Type:
