The salary range for this role is $45,000 - $60,000 and represents the firm's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, and location.
Summary:
We are searching for a reliable, task-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide a range of administrative support to our teams across the Westwood and Encino offices.
The ideal candidate is self-motivated, professional, capable of managing their workload, and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Provide back-up coverage to Executive Assistants, Reception and Office Services in both Westwood and Encino offices during absences due to vacations or leaves of absence.
This will include providing phone coverage and general assistant duties, such as calendaring responsibilities, mail distribution and responding to emails.
Coordinate with Office Services to provide document archival support to the Audit Department.
Includes scanning and saving documents into a firm database per firm protocols, or preparing files for removal to off-site storage and/or shredding.
Act as the central point of contact for document preparation and handling via DocuSign.
Assist with office social events, including set-ups, take-downs, and helping keep the event moving in between.
Other administrative tasks and projects as needed to support the offices, such as conference room setups, mail room support, etc.

Skills:
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.

Education / Experience Requirements:
High School Diploma Physical Demands / Work Environment:
Occasional standing, walking, crouching, and regular lifting up to 15 pounds.
Frequent use of hands and reaching with hands and arms.
Regularly talking, hearing, seeing, and sitting.
Low to moderate to loud noise level.
Risk of electrical shock.
