Under the guidance and supervision of the Registered Nurse, the LVN will perform duties as outlined and ordered by a physician in the plan of care.

ABILITY TO ACCEPT CASES IMMEDIATELY.
A minimum of one year of experience in an acute care facility.
Be in good physical and emotional condition, with the ability to properly care for your patient.
Ability to work well with people, organize, follow MD orders, and document properly Current CPR card Automobile with current liability insurance.
REPORTS TO Case Manager, RN Supervisor, and DON RESPONSIBILITIES Demonstrates quality-evidenced based nursing care to adult Reports any change in condition of the patient, and or family situation to the Supervisor, immediately.
Ability to initiate emergency protocols in response to patient situations.
Performs duties as outlined in the plan of care with expertise and diligence.
Knowledgeable with Tracheostomy and G-tube We will get you Trache and Vent Certified for Free Prepares, administers, and records medications per MD order, agency protocols.
Adheres to agency standards of care, policies, and procedures.
Must be culturally competent with high ethical behavior.
REQUIRED LICENSE OR CERTIFICATIONS License as a Vocational nurse Hands-on CPR card Benefit Conditions:
